About iqCloud

iqCloud is the multi-tenant SaaS platform that hosts the operating businesses in the portfolio: CrownClean (residential + commercial cleaning), IoTGuardian (IoT compliance), and several others under build. Each tenant runs as an isolated business on shared identity, billing, AI gateway, audit, DAM, and SOC rails so the unit economics actually work at small scale.

Operating model

Strict per-tenant isolation: per-tenant Postgres RLS, per-tenant AI Search index (physical separation, not metadata filter), per-tenant Foundry project, per-tenant CMK in Key Vault. The same code base runs every tenant, but a compromise of one tenant cannot reach another.

Compliance posture

SOC2 + ISO27001 controls inherited at the platform level (F:\Infrastructure\iqcloud\). Append-only audit log, 90-day secret rotation, three-approver multi-sig on breaking changes (CEO + platform_lead + security_lead).
