Tenant relationship
iqCloud provides the platform; the tenant operates a business on it. The tenant is the data controller; iqCloud is the data processor for tenant data. End-customer relationships (the tenant's customers) are between the tenant and the end-customer; iqCloud bills end-customers as a payment processor on the tenant's behalf via centralized Stripe.
SLA
99.9% monthly uptime SLA on the platform plane (APIM, B2C, audit, billing). IoT device runtime SLA per tenant addendum.
Change authority
Breaking changes (pricing rules, identity claims, audit schema) require three-approver multi-sig: CEO, platform lead, security lead. Significant changes (payroll runs, deploy gates) require two approvers with hardware-key step-up.
Termination
Tenant may terminate for any reason on 60 days notice; iqCloud will export all tenant data in the agreed format and certify deletion.
